A ceremonial presentation of the fundamental two-volume work “History of the Ottoman State and Civilization”, translated into Kazakh within the framework of a joint project of the “Bilim-Qazyna” Public Foundation and IRCICA, was held at the National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books.
The publication covers the six-century history and civilization of the Ottoman State from 1299 to 1923. The work has enriched the collection of Kazakh-language academic and educational literature and serves as a valuable treasure for every reader seeking to explore the authentic chronicle of history and civilization.
During the event, speeches were delivered by Professor Mahmud Erol Kılıç, Director General of the Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA), A. Zhanabayev, Acting Director of the National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books, Seidmukhammed Abdunaim, President of the “Bilim-Qazyna” Public Foundation, as well as prominent historians and oriental studies scholars.
