Shoikina Dinara Zhumabekovna Born in 1985 in the village of Uyumshil, Enbekshildersky district, Akmola region. In 2006, she graduated from the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University with a degree in physics and computer science. In 2008, she graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in finance. In 2006-2007, she worked as a teacher of Computer Science and Automated Processing of Legal Information at the Kokshetau Law College, a branch of the Karaganda Law Academy “Themis” From 2007 to 2008, she worked as a lending operator for the Kokshetau regional office at Alliance Finance LLP. From 2008 to 2010, she was a consultant in the administrative department at the Akmola regional branch of the Nur Otan party. 2010-2014, leading specialist in the department of public procurement and remuneration at the State Institution “Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Akmola Region”. 2016 HR manager at ON-Olzha Corporation LLP. 2016-2021 – Consultant of the Department of Finance and Assets in the Central Office of the Nur Otan Party. Since 2026, economist at the Russian State Institution “National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books” of the Committee of Archives, Documentation and Book Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
