The Academic Council is acollegial advisory body for the organizational support of scientific research,monitoring the implementation of planned activities. The composition of theAcademic Council, its tasks, powers and work regulations are determined by theCharter of the RSU “National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books”,the activities of the Academic Council of the RSU “National Center forManuscripts and Rare Books” are carried out in accordance with the current”Regulations on the Academic Council”. The term of office of theAcademic Council is determined by the Charter of the RSU “National Centerfor Manuscripts and Rare Books”. An early change in the composition of theAcademic Council is carried out at the request of at least half of its members.Replacement of retired members of the Academic Council is carried out by orderof the director. The Academic Council is headed by the Director of the RSU”National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books” and is its chairman.
