Khalilov Sunnat was born in 1997 in the city of Turkestan. He graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade in 2018. He completed an internship at JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” – “Digital Kazakhstan” From 2019 to 2021, he was an archivist at the Russian State University “National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books”; from 2021 to 2024, he was a procurement and AHO specialist at PVES LLP.
