Saktaganova Sulu Knabzhanovna was born on June 23, 1976, in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau Region.

* In 1993, she began her career as a secretary-referent at the administration of Zhanaozen city.

* From 1993 to 2012, she worked as a highly qualified specialist at the editorial office of the “Mangystau” newspaper under the Akimat of Aktau city.
